Dear Friend,

Do you need a breakthrough in your life?  I receive prayer requests by phone and by email.  People get concerned when things don’t turn around for them right away. Sometimes we ask, “God, are you up there?” We are human beings and we can get frustrated when it takes time to see a change that we desire.

Last week I mentioned that we are made up of three parts—body, soul (mind), and spirit. The power of God resides in your spirit and God communicates with your spirit.  The power and life of God flows through your spirit, but we need our body and soul (thoughts) to agree with the Holy Spirit of God.

Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again.
1 Thessalonian 5:23 (NLT)

You see, it is possible for all three parts of your being to be at peace with God and made holy by Him in every way.  If you need healing, allow the spirit part of you to flow through your soul—your mind, thoughts, feelings. Get your soul to pay attention to your spirit and receive from God what He has for you. Get your spirit and soul going the same way. How?  Read the Word of God and speak the Word of God!

You are going to win!
