Dear Friend,

No matter what you are going through right now, God is present. God says He will be your safe place, your refuge, and your friend. God loves you and there is no reason to be afraid.

God is our refuge and strength,
An ever-present help in trouble.
Psalm 46:1 (NIV)

God delights in His children.  Perhaps you are struggling on the inside, in your thoughts and emotions. It could be that there are circumstances in the natural world that surround you this week such a flood, fire, earthquake, or storm.

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3 though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.
Psalm 46:2,3 (NIV)

Resist the temptation to fear. Yes, things change. Technology changes, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. People and politics change, but take courage, my friend. 

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,
39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. 
Romans 8:38,39 (NKJV)

God never changes!  No struggle within or without can separate you from the love of God!
