Dear Friend,

There is an epidemic of loneliness in the world today. The coronavirus of 2020 through 2022 only magnified the loneliness. Satan had a field day. People stood six feet apart, put on masks, locked us out of church and out of school and confined us in our houses. The devil worked hard to try to separate the children of God from one another because he knows that we draw strength from each other.

When you receive Christ, His Spirit comes to live inside you. One of the beautiful things about being adopted into God’s family is that you have many brothers and sisters, too! It’s important that we spend time with our family and pray for one another and build each other up. God has given us gifts to edify one another when we meet together.

How is it then, brethren? When ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.
1 Corinthians 14:26 (NKJV)

The day is coming when people will wish they were in church, sitting in the empty seats.  The Lord wants us all in unity—one blood and one race through Jesus Christ.

. . . but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation,  and not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad.
John 11:51b,52 (NKJV)

Whether black, white, native American, Jew, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, or Asian, God loves us all the same. God’s desire is that all of His children come together in unity of love.

By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples,
if ye have love one to another.

John 13:35 (KJV)

Is there someone in your circle who needs God’s love this week?

With Christ’s love for you,

Pastor Jo
