Dear Friend,

I want you to know that you have authority over every spirit that exists. You have the authority and the power over every spirit of fear, every spirit of doubt, every spirit of infirmity, every spirit of strife, and every spirit that rebels against God. Those spirits must bow their knee. But in order to do this, you must resist your enemy, Satan.

Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
James 4:7 (NKJV)

When doubt or fear try to enter in, your first line of defense is to resist the devil by saying, “I resist you, Devil, in the name of Jesus.”  Resisting the devil is your defense against attacks. Put up your shield of faith and resist him!

We know that in order to obtain victory in sports or in warfare, you need a good defense and a good offense. Your best offense for victory in your life is to confess or speak the Word of God. Come into agreement with what God says about your situation. This week I want to leave you with this victorious confession. Please say this with me out loud:

I am anointed.
God has poured his Spirit out on me.
Jesus has given me power.
He has given me authority.
I have authority over every demonic spirit.
Jesus has given me power over all sickness.
He has given me power over all fear and all doubt.
I have power, authority, and victory in my life this week, in the name of Jesus!

Hallelujah!
