Dear Friend,

Faith is activated when you speak. You are saved (born again) when you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is your Savior from sin. 

If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 10:9 (NKJV)

Of course, you first must believe in Jesus.  When you pray, you speak out loud to God what you believe. To say out loud what you believe in your heart is called confessing your faith.

Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Mark 11:24 (NKJV)

The power of God is in you, but without your confession there is no faith. In the last days, you will overcome Satan by the blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, and by the word of your testimony—what you say to others.

And they have overcome (conquered) him (Satan) by means of the blood of the Lamb and by the utterance of their testimony, for they did not love and cling to life even when faced with death.

It’s my prayer for you that God will make you bold this week in speaking to others what you believe in your heart.
