Dear Friend,

Your words carry power. In fact, both heaven and hell act on your words. As children of God, we are called to be careful, not careless with our words.

Every one of these careless words is going to come back to haunt you. There will be a time of reckoning. Words are powerful; take them seriously.

It’s true that we will give account on the day of judgment for every word we speak. Why? Our words carry power. Our words become part of the battlefield on earth and the forces of heaven and hell are listening!

Praise the LORD, all his armies, his servants who carry out his will.

We carry a loaded gun right below our noses.  Words are like bullets, and oftentimes we shoot off more than we should.  Instead of complaining or talking negative, shoot off God’s Word!

Catch your thoughts! Catch your words! Heaven and hell will act on whatever you say.
