Prayer for 'Receive a Miracle from God'

Father, I thank You that You are still the God that performs miracles everyday; and You are not the one keeping Your blessings from me.

Lord, Your Word says that pride and disobedience are a hindrance and that You oppose the proud, but You favor the humble. So I pray today Lord, that You will teach me to exchange my pride for humility, and give me the grace to not think more highly of myself than I ought to. Help me Jesus, to be honest in my evaluation of myself.

I pray for the grace to humble myself Lord always, before Your mighty hand and your mighty power. And I pray that I will not allow my pride to keep me from receiving the blessings that You have for me.

For Your Word says Lord, that it gives You good pleasure to do good things for Your children, and that I cannot not even imagine or even ask for all the things that You have stored up for those that love you. Thank You Jesus. Amen, Amen.
