Dear friend,

Heaven is real. Any person who believes in Jesus as their own Savior is promised not to perish in hell, but to inherit eternal life.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
John 3:16 (NKJV)

Have you received Jesus as your Savior?  Is He your God and the Lord of your life?  If so, God’s Word encourages you to think about what’s ahead—heaven!

Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand.
Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth.

Life on earth will go by quickly. In fact, the Word of God encourages us to live our lives hidden in God, as if we’ve died to life on earth. One day Jesus Christ will be revealed to the whole world. At that time, every one of God’s children will share in the glory of Jesus.

For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God.
And when Christ, who is your life, is revealed to the whole world, you will share in all his glory.
Colossians 3:3,4 (NLT)

My friend, you and I were created to share in God’s glory!  Let’s set our sights on heaven and all that is awaiting us there.

Hallelujah!
