A Word from Pastor Jo (Week of August 14, 2017)

Staying the Course: “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” - Isaiah 40:31
Saints, have you ever felt like quitting and giving up? I know I have, more than once. When you begin your spiritual walk with Jesus, God puts spiritual power inside of you so you can fulfill your destiny. But almost immediately, Satan comes to discourage you, He tries to beat you down, he tries to get you to stop and go back. Satan does everything he can to keep you off God’s target. You have to keep in mind that you have been chosen. You are an Ambassador for Christ Jesus and He wants you to represent Him here on this earth. “You are a Soldier in God’s Army” Don’t you ever forget that the Greater One lives in you. You are the one He filled with power. You are Heaven Bound ... Hallelujah.
