A Word from Pastor Jo (Week of May 10, 2015)

Saints, in 1 Peter 5:7-8 (NLT & NKJ) we read, “Give All your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you…" and “Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil, as a ROARING lion, walks about seeking whom he may devour…" Saints there are three times a lion ROARS: 1. When there is an intruder in his territory, 2. if he is caught in a thunderstorm (he hates crashing thunder and flashing lighting - it scares him), and 3. he ROARS the loudest after he Captures his prey! Saints, the lion Never makes a sound while he is stalking his prey, he will quietly get as close to his prey as he can before attacking. Remember, the thief comes to rob and steal at night when most people are asleep. And the doors are left unsecured. Stay Alert Saints. Don’t give him a foothold and don’t fall prey to his deception and lies.
