In this message from one of my Face to Face meetings, we look at the story of Joseph in the Bible. It seems like Joseph goes from one adversity to another - until you get to the very end of the story and see God's favor bringing him to Pharoah and then making him second in command over the entire nation of Egypt. However, even in the midst of his adversity the Lord causes Joseph to the prosperous and successful!
You may have been waiting for a long time for the position you've been praying for. Maybe, you're struggling with a difficult boss or co-worker at work or going through some other situation and it doesn't look like it's ever going to end or ever going to get any better. The Lord will work through anybody, just like he used people in Joseph life. He'll move heaven and earth for you. Even though sometimes it doesn't seem that way, He really is always working on your side.
Prayer for Dreams & Visions
Father, I thank You that You bless us with Dreams and Visions of the plans that You have for us and Your Word tells us that we don’t have to fret or be anxious for anything, for You know exactly what you are doing. Hallelujah!
You said Lord that you know the thoughts that You think toward us and Your thoughts are of peace and not of evil, but Your plans are to give us the future we are hoping for.
I thank You Lord that according to Your Word, “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard… and No mind has imagined what You Lord, have prepared for those who love you…"
Thank You Lord, for the new things that You are doing in our lives, and I thank You for the favor that You show Your children everyday. According to Your Word, Your Favor surrounds us like a shield. Hallelujah!
I pray Lord, that beginning today, you will give us the wisdom, and the grace to let You be the One to direct our steps (Pro.3:6), so that we can be in position to receive all You have for us. For as long as You are The One directing our steps, I know we will always be in the right place at the right time.
I pray Lord, that we will no longer be conformed to this world and following after the ways of the world but we will be following after You and seeking You with all our hearts. Thank You Lord, that it is true unto us according to Thy Word. In Jesus Name, Amen.
