A Word from Pastor Jo (Week of March 22, 2015)

Saints, according to James 5:16, “The Effectual Prayers of a Righteous Man Availeth Much”. It’s a Powerful verse - an amazing promise. Think about that. Your prayers “Avail Much”, yet so many don’t feel like their prayers get above the ceiling. OH but they do, Saints!
Ask yourself, "Am I a righteous person?" and if the answer is "Yes", then your prayers are “Availing Much” regardless of how you feel. Don’t be discouraged in your prayer life. Whether your prayers are Short or Long, they are “Effective Prayers” and God hears you always (John 11:42). “And we have confidence that He hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases Him.” And since we know He hears us when we make our requests, we also KNOW That He Will Give Us What We Ask For” (1 John 5:14-15). Hallelujah! Thank You Jesus.
