Dear Friend,

Did you set any goals for this year? Perhaps you have a “bucket list” you hope to accomplish by the end of your life?

Paul said that he lived his life with the goal of obtaining one particular prize.

Paul’s lifetime prize was to obtain the high calling of God!

I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:14 (NKJV)

Goals give meaning and purpose to life. Remember, “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven,” (Ecclesiastes 3:1). Begin today declaring that this spring will be a new season for great blessings for you and your family. Don’t enter this new season dwelling on the past, but know that God is doing a new thing!

For I am doing something in your own day,
something you wouldn’t believe
even if someone told you about it.
Habakkuk 1:5 (NLT)

Be expecting, child of God!
