Dear Friend,

"Confession is good for the soul!" I am sure you have heard this expression many times in your life. Have you ever wondered where it came from?

Psalm 119:26 states, “I have declared Your ways. Teach me Your ways.” When David wrote these words, he was confessing his wrongdoings before the Lord and was thankful for the forgiveness of his God. Even in the twenty-first century, God forgives us whenever we confess our sins to Him.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins.
1 John 1:9a

Confess your sins to God and He will make you clean and whole. Then move forward this week and trust God with the innermost declarations of your heart.

Know that He is merciful, forgiving, and He loves you with an everlasting love.

You can come before Him with anything and He will be waiting with open arms.
