Dear Friend,

The Lord God promises us in Psalm 34:7 that His angel will encamp all around us and rescue us. Did you know that sometimes angels will take on human form?

Let’s look at this in scripture:

Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!
Hebrews 13:2 (NLT)

One night my sisters and I traveled to Maryland for my granddaughter’s baptism We were stranded in a bad part of town with no GPS, and I needed directions to get back to the interstate. I stopped and prayed. My sisters didn’t want me to put the window down, but I saw a man that I felt God sent and put my window down.

Several times the man said to me, “Please go straight. Don’t stop, and don’t turn around, but take a right at this particular street and it’s going to take you right back where you need to be.”

I thanked him and pulled away to follow his direction. When I looked back, the man was gone! I believe that man was actually an angel that God assigned to direct us to the right road that evening.

Remember, God is not limited. When we ask Him for help, He will answer—and sometimes His answer is an angel that looks like a person!

Have a wonderful week,

Pastor Jo
