Dear Friend,

Did you know that fearful thoughts and feelings will get stronger if we keep feeding the fear? It’s true. Whatever we focus on will expand and grow in our imaginations and eventually in our words.

Satan is the author of fear, and he was fed by people from Genesis to Revelation.

In Genesis, Satan was a snake. In Revelation, Satan will be a dragon. We can feed the devil and give him power to do what he does by agreeing with him. I want to encourage you this week:

1. Do not agree with what the devil says
2. Do not even listen to his lies

Satan may do a little damage with his limited power that he has, but remember that only Jesus and the child of God have the true authority of God’s kingdom in this life. There is no greater power than God Almighty. Remember, we are children of God and we are from God. God’s power is at work inside of us!

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
1 John 4:4 (NKJV)

God has equipped us to overcome!
