Dear friend,

Jesus told us plainly that in this world we will have tribulation. Nothing can break our hearts or test our faith more than watching one of our children wander away from the Lord. Even when it seems this planet is going sideways and there are no answers to problems we face or the challenges that our children face, Jesus said we can not only have peace but we can be of good cheer!

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33 (NKJV)

For those of us who are abiding in Jesus, we overcome the world, sin, death, and the grave. May God help us all to grasp the authority He has given us to command Satan, in Jesus’ authority, to:

• Take his filthy hands off them
• Loose them in Jesus’ name
• Send Christians who love God to witness to them

Let this scripture wash over us all this week and cause us to rise up in Christ’s love and authority to do battle for our prodigals!

Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.
Luke 10:19 (AMPC)

Glory to God!
