Dear Friend,

It is God’s desire that you and I reign together with His Son, Jesus. God wants us to live in a position of victory and authority!

And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus.
Ephesians 2:6 (NIV)

Jesus’ birth, death, burial, and resurrection makes it possible for all who believe in Him to be raised up with Him.  We reign with Christ and we have joint seating with Him. We are in a position of authority, honor, and triumph—not failure, depression, and defeat.

For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6 (NKJV)

If you have received Jesus as your Savior, then you are now in God’s government. The Prince of Peace and Everlasting Father can take care of you!  I remember when I was a child living at home, my mother used to tell me not to worry.

“JoAnne, don’t cross that bridge until you come to it,” she’d say.

My friend, I want to encourage you not to allow your mind to run wild envisioning bad things in your future. Instead, picture yourself seated with Jesus beside the Father. See yourself as leading with Him in a position of authority, honor, and triumph!

We reign with Christ!
