Dear Friend,

If you are a child of God, then you represent God in heaven and His Son, Jesus Christ. As God’s child, you are His warrior against the devil and darkness. As God’s child, you are also the ambassador of King Jesus. The Lord sends us out into this world to represent Him, and He wants us to be confident in our calling.

“I, yes I, am the one who comforts you.
So why are you afraid of mere humans,
who wither like the grass and disappear?”
Isaiah 51:12 (NLT)

The Lord promises to lead us out to the next place He wants us to go. His children follow Him, unafraid, because we know His voice. God helps us to discern what He is saying. He wants us to succeed!

“When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them,
and his sheep follow him because they know his voice.
5 But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice.”
John 10:4,5 (NIV)

Whatever path you are on today, God is not far away.

For what great nation has a god as near to them as the Lord our God is near to us whenever we call on him?
Deuteronomy 4:7 (NLT)

Wherever you go this week, call on the Lord. Listen for His voice, for He promises to draw near to you and answer you when you call on Him.

Glory to God!
