Dear Friend,

If you’ve received Jesus Christ as your Savior, you know that He pulled you out of the pit of sin and one day you will stand before Him. Hallelujah!

One day the Lord will call you by name and say to you, “Well done, faithful one. Well done.”

If you recall the story of Zacchaeus, Jesus was walking through a town surrounded by a crowd of people, yet he knew that Zacchaeus was up in the sycamore tree watching what was going on. When Jesus looked up, he called him by name!

When Jesus came by, he looked up at Zacchaeus and called him by name. “Zacchaeus!” he said. “Quick, come down! I must be a guest in your home today.”
Luke 19:5 (NLT)

Jesus knows us by name and he knows the name of our unsaved loved ones, too. Jesus called Zacchaeus by name and He even invited Himself to Zacchaeus’s house! Now that’s pretty bold, don’t you think?

I want to encourage you to pray for your loved one who doesn’t yet know the Lord. Let’s believe together that God will call your loved one by name and get their attention when and how He chooses. 

Next week I will send you a devotional message that you can forward to a friend or family member that you’ve been praying for. Let’s work together to bring our loved ones to Jesus, for He is returning soon!
