Dear Friend,

Did the Lord ever speak to your heart about where to spend your money?  Have you ever experienced the Lord nudging you to give of your money, resources, or time to someone who may not be able to pay you in return?  The Lord will test us and watch us in how we give of our finances, time, and resources.

Twice Jesus went into the temple and cleared out people who were buying and selling animals for sacrifice. He wasn’t gentle about it because the zeal of God burned in His heart. Pay special attention to the last verse:

12 Jesus entered the Temple and began to drive out all the people buying and selling animals for sacrifice. He knocked over the tables of the money changers and the chairs of those selling doves.
13 He said to them, “The Scriptures declare, ‘My Temple will be called a house of prayer,’ but you have turned it into a den of thieves!”
14 The blind and the lame came to him in the Temple, and he healed them.
  Matthew 21:12-14 (NLT)

My friend, can you picture this? Tables and chairs are upside down and people are scrambling all over the floor to pick up the money he threw over. Suddenly, in walk the blind and the lame and Jesus turned around and healed every one of them—free of charge! Obviously, there is healing in the Father’s house, and God cannot and will not be bought. He gives freely and His healing grace is amazing!

Glory to God!
