Dear Friend,

God is in control. We have no reason to live in terror or fear or to be stressed out.

Remember, we may not be in control of our situation but our Savior, Jesus, is seated at God’s right hand. God’s got this! The Lord Jesus began your walk of faith and He will finish it. Let’s keep our eyes on Him:

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:2 (KJV)

Can you picture this? God in heaven is seated on His throne, in full control. When Jesus ascended to heaven forty days after His resurrection, He sat down at God’s right hand. And there’s more! You and I are God’s children, too, so we are seated with our Father and with Jesus:

. . . and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
Ephesians 2:6 (NKJV)

We have a position of joint seating in heaven and we will reign with Christ from the position He has given us. We are given:

Authority—not failure
Honor—not depression
Triumph—not defeat

Are you ready to reign beside the One who is in full control?
